Deep was released in 2022. It was built using LMMS, a software I hadn't used before.
After a somewhat steep learning curve, I was able to start creating loops and samples I enjoyed, all using virtual instruments. I practiced a few notes on my guitar, but while creating music, I noticed I was gravitating towards low, deep bass and drum sounds. I decided to embrace that, and the concept for "Deep" was born (initially called "Low").
I then tried to create musics that evoked and triggered memories of emotions and situations that easily promote states of deep trance or focus.
